FEATURES
– Electro-welded structure with base
– The equipment is served by 3 circular vibrators and 1 linear vibrator
– The linear vibrator loads metal bodies, and the 3 circular ones load steel bushing, polymer bushing and o-ring
– A scara robot places the parts to be assembled in the assembly station,
the presence of all the details is checked via an optical viewer,
and then the compass is assembled, finally unloaded onto the unloading belt
