FEATURES

The base of the machine is made up of 4 electro-welded structures with a base, 5 m long, joined together to form a 20 m machine bed.
The machine is a vertical ring line with double belt, 20 m long, with up/down and free pallets,
it is served by 3 belt elevators, 21 circular vibrators, 13 linear vibrators.
On the machine, equipped with 30 free pallets, there are 20 work stations, 1 belt for loading the external gasket and 1 belt for unloading the good piece.
n°3 8-position rotary tables, each table orients the socket, tightens two screws and checks compliance via a camera before loading into the socket,
6 Scara robots for multiple, fast and precise loads, 5 MVE electric screwdrivers for all screws,
for the control of the assembled piece there are 3 devices,
a video camera that verifies the correct coupling of the 2 groups, a video camera that verifies the correct insertion of the components before closing, and a pass/fail mechanical check at the end of the line,
if the piece is compliant, it will be marked with a barcode by a laser, before being deposited on the unloading belt.
The machine is designed to be divided into 2 blocks of 10 m to simplify transport
